First visits are required to be in person. STI testing appointments require speaking with a nurse by calling 612-584-9449 or by using the chat button on our website. Limited Obstetric Ultrasounds require a first visit appointment and a medical grade pregnancy test. The ultrasound will be scheduled after the pregnancy test is completed.

For established clients.

For existing clients. (Note: The very first Life Coaching session is required to be in-person.)

This group is open to anyone in our community who has lost a pregnancy/infant. No requirements, feel free to attend the meetings that fit your schedule.

Child Birth Prep is taught by local doula Lori. Prep 1 is focused on education of the birthing process, and Prep 2 is focused on birthing techniques. This course is no-cost, and open to anyone in the community as well as current clients. Current clients earn 25 points for attending each session (50 total).

Photos are done at OFWC with Nurse Rebecca. They will be delivered via Email and able to view/download at no cost, for 6 months. Please call 612-584-9449 with any questions.

Baby Cafe is a drop-in breastfeeding assistance clinic. Nurse(s) are on staff to help moms with breastfeeding. Any family in our community is welcome to attend. Current clients receive 5 points for attending. Typically mom's are present for about an hour, but can come and go at any time during the posted hours.
